ENDWELL (WBNG) — According to the NYSEG Power Outage Map, hundreds of customers have had their power restored. ENDWELL (WBNG) — Authorities tell 12 News a tow truck driver pulled down wires from a utility pole on Kentucky Avenue in Endwell. According to the NYSEG Power Outage Map, 712 customers are powerless.
