My husband likes tabasco on a lot of foods, my daddy on the other hand, always preferred Texas Pete. He ate it on so many things like saltine crackers and sardines together, eggs, and oyster stew, to name a few…. If I ate that kind of stuff, I would die from heartburn and indigestion! My daddy used to grow hot peppers and string them up and hang them up to dry on a long piece of twine to “cure”, and make his own hot stuff. I hate hot stuff like that, can’t handle it!!
