Under the five-year Engineering Support Program (ESP), Tetra Tech will provide engineering services, construction oversight, and quality assurance assistance to successfully implement USAID’s infrastructure design and construction activities.Improvements to Afghanistan’s infrastructure are ongoing, as the country addresses a lack of regular maintenance, and limited investment in physical infrastructure.
